Cabins

We have five self-catered cabins in three sizes: “Öringen” is the largest one with six beds. “Harren” and “Rödingen” have four beds, and “Björnen” and “Bävern” have two beds. There is also “Dammåängarna”, which is a 6-bed cabin in an old pasture a couple of kilometers downstream from Rismyrsströmmen.

The three larger cabins have two floors and open floor plan, with beds on both floors. Kitchen and toilet are located on the ground floor. These cabins include small patios, but there is also a seating area with a table and fireplace/BBQ pit next to the cabin.

The two smallest cabins, the fishing huts, consist of just one room with two beds and a small kitchenette. Toilets and showers are located in the service building.

Firewood is available for purchase in the reception.

Please note that there is a 140 SEK bed linen surcharge per bed. Beds are freshly made in time for your arrival.

Dammåängarna (6 beds)

This cabin is located a couple of kilometers downstream from Åkroken Rismyrsströmmen, where the rapids start again after a 5 km long stretch of calm water. The area is gated and not accessible to the public. Rent a boat and go downstream through the beautiful, meandering parts of Dammån, and fish for grayling and Northern pike.

The cabin has a gas stove/oven, gas refrigerator with a small freezer box, outdoors water pump , woodfired sauna, and an outhouse. Scroll down for pictures.

Camping

We have 14 caravan campsites with access to electricity, approximately 20 caravan campsites without electricity, as well as a large area for tents. There is a service building with laundry room and shared kitchen. Toilets and showers are located in the restaurant building.
